A $80 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and officially reserve our services. Full payment is due before event date. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your booking details. Any applicable refunds will be handled according to the terms outlined in your booking agreement.
Our team arrives approximately 90 minutes before your event begins to allow plenty of time for setup. We carefully prepare the photo booth and make sure everything is working properly before your guests arrive. Our goal is to have everything ready so you can simply enjoy your event.
Yes! We offer beautiful backdrop options to help create the perfect setting for your photos. Our backdrops are selected to complement your event and elevate the overall photo booth experience. Available options may vary depending on your selected package and chosen add-ons.
Absolutely! Your photo templates can be customized to reflect the style and personality of your event. We can incorporate names, dates, colors, event details, logos, and other personalized elements. This creates a beautiful keepsake that your guests can take home and remember your celebration.
Yes! We are available for events in select locations and would love to be part of your celebration. Travel fees may apply depending on the location and distance from our service area Riverside. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to officially secure your event date. The remaining balance is due one day before your event. We recommend completing your payment on time to ensure everything is confirmed and ready for your special day.
